At the recent AGM of the Exmoor Tourist Association (March 2015) it was agreed that the Exmoor Tourist Association would merge its activities with the Exmoor Tourism Partnership to create a single industry led body taking lead strategic responsibility for tourism in the area.
The new organisation is led by Exmoor Tourist Association and will be trading as 'Exmoor Tourism'. Information on the proposal (now agreed) can be read here (PDF). Further details will be available soon and a new web area developed. In the meantime visit here to contact the Administrator if you are interested in joining. This ETP website is being kept live for the time being as a useful archive of information.
The Exmoor Tourism Partnership is a virtual partnership of core organisations working together to achieve a co-ordinated approach to supporting, promoting and managing the local tourism industry across the Greater Exmoor area (including the Exmoor National Park, West Somerset Coast and the Quantock Hills).

It seeks to co-ordinate activity between the various players, to raise awareness of the importance of tourism and maximise the economic benefits from tourism, whilst minimising and mitigating environmental impacts.
To develop Greater Exmoor (including West Somerset and North Devon) as a leading tourism destination based on quality and sustainable experiences supporting an enhanced economy.
